Milan CrossFit – November Monthly Update

As we roll into November and start gearing up for the holiday season, we want to take a moment to celebrate the amazing work everyone put in last month, plus share a few important gym updates. Let’s get into it!

🎉 October PR Highlights

October was packed with strength, grit, and some seriously impressive lifts. Huge congratulations to all of our athletes who hit new personal records this month!

  • Brittany – 150 lb deadlift

  • Mandy – 185 lb deadlift

  • Ashley – 204.5 lb deadlift

  • Aley – 200 lb (3RM) deadlift

  • Riley – 115 lb strict press

  • Chris – 115 lb 3RM push press

  • Rabia – 105 lb split jerk

  • Ashlee – 115 lb back squat

  • Chris – 180 lb 3RM back squat

  • Rabia – 225 lb back squat

  • Rabia – 125 lb power clean

  • Alanna – 141.5 lb power clean

Amazing work, everyone - keep showing up, putting in the time, and pushing those limits!

❄️ Winterization Updates

To keep the gym comfortable as the temperature drops, we’ve insulated and weather-stripped the bathroom doors. Please help us keep the heat in by making sure the doors are pushed firmly closed when you leave — and if you walk by and notice one cracked open, feel free to give it a nudge shut. Every bit helps!
