May was a huge month at the gym—filled with personal records, a meaningful Memorial Day Murph, and some exciting updates to our space. Here’s everything you need to know (and celebrate!) from the past month, plus what’s coming up in June.

Murph Memorial Day Workout Recap
Every Memorial Day, we come together as a community to honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy and all fallen service members with the Murph workout:1 mile run • 100 pull-ups • 200 push-ups • 300 air squats • 1 mile run(Optional: with a 20/14 lb vest)
This tradition is about more than fitness. It’s about sacrifice, courage, and remembering those who gave everything for our freedom.
We had 30 athletes take on the Murph this year under cool, sunny skies. From first-timers to seasoned vets (and even a few with weighted vests), the energy and support were incredible. Thank you to everyone who came out!
🚻 New Bathroom Upgrades!
Big news - we now have two brand-new stalls with running water installed! These bathrooms are also heated for winter, so no more braving the cold on those early mornings. We’re constantly working to make your time at the gym more comfortable, and this is a big step forward.
👀 What’s Coming Up in June
🏋️♂️ HYROX PFT – June 7th
We’re kicking off June with the HYROX Physical Fitness Test—a global fitness benchmark that blends strength, endurance, and grit.
What is HYROX?It’s a standardized fitness race that combines running with functional movements like push-ups, rowing, wall balls, and more. The PFT is your chance to test where you’re at and compete for a top spot.
The Workout
1000m run • 50 broad burpee jumps •100 lunges • 30 HR push ups • 1000m row • 100 wall balls
Top 3 male and female finishers will receive podium prizes! Don’t miss your chance to throw down with your community.
🏐 Volleyball + Bonfire – Starting June 14th
Starting June 14th, we’ll be hosting volleyball every other Saturday. This is a great way to have fun, stay active, and connect outside the gym.
The kickoff event will end with a huge bonfire—bring snacks, drinks, lawn chairs, and most importantly, your people. Kids and families are welcome! Let’s make this summer one to remember.
