šŸ’„Ā JUNE RECAP: A MONTH OF GAINS, GRIT & GOOD VIBES

Summer is heating up—and so are things at the gym. June brought the kind of energy we live for: hard-earned PRs, new faces, weekend competitions, and plenty of community time outside the four walls. If you’ve been grinding through workouts, showing up for your squad, or even just dipping your toes into the CrossFit life for the first time—this one’s for you.

Here’s a look at everything we accomplished together this month.

šŸĀ HYROX PFT COMPETITION — JUNE 7TH

Twelve athletes took on the challenge of our HYROX Physical Fitness Test, a full-body burner featuring:

  • 1000m Run

  • 50 Broad Burpee Jumps

  • 100 Lunges

  • 30 Hand-Release Push-Ups

  • 1000m Row

  • 100 Wall Balls

This was no joke—but our crew crushed it. The top finishers laid down some serious times:

šŸĀ SATURDAY NIGHT SAND VOLLEYBALL IS ON

We kicked off our summer sand volleyball nights and had an amazing turnout! Every other Saturday, we’re setting up shop at the sand courts for some relaxed, no-pressure games. Members, family, friends—everyone is welcome. Bring snacks, water, and that competitive spirit šŸ˜Ž

Heads up—We have strength training for the wrestlers going on this summer Monday - Thursday from 7a - 9a and 3p - 4p this will make gym space a little tight during these hours open gym hours we apologize for any inconvenience.
